ELF Take Down *Trigger Warning*

So, as some people know, I took on ELF Eli yesterday and successfully managed to kill him, I think.... I never stopped to check bodies, but I he was in that building, he's dead. I might sneak into town and get the flash news to make sure.... As of right now, he's dead.

So, I know a lot of you are probably asking why the H3ll I care so much about taking these ELVES out…. I’ll try to keep it in simple terms, but I’m not explaining the whole story to you. Have Kitt do that. Basically, the ELVES have been ruining me, Piper, my “friends” life. They’ve been set out to kill us because we don’t like their way. That’s because their way is stupid! So I’ve made a hit list of the ELVES I need to take out and it will grow as I go on. I’ll try to do short bios of each of them as I go.

“You’re not as smart as I thought you were, Jones.” Eli taunted standing with his hands behind his back and one of those knowing smiles. I shakily got back to my feet, in a defensive pose. I stared in fear back at him. (Yes, fear. Don’t mock me, you would’ve already wet your pants if you were in my situation.) My breath came down heavy and hard as I hesitantly looked over Eli. How had he just done that? “What?” He asked clearly amused. “Forgot ELVES have powers too?”

“Shut up!” I replied still staring at Eli debating what to do in her head.

“You thought you were so clever sneaking in here, but didn’t it seem too easy, Lauren?” Thinking back on it, yeah, it had been easy. Not at all the challenge she expected. That only meant… “Yes, that’s right, Lauren. We knew you were coming. We knew from the moment our radar picked you up on the docks. Out of your blind spot now, aren’t we?”

I didn’t know what to say. How quickly I’d forgotten this wasn’t the agent school. Here was different. I was surrounded by geniuses who could easily track me. And if they knew I’d come from the docks… My eyes widen a bit. “sh*t.” I let it slip on how intimidated I was now.

“I can see we understand each other now.” Eli commented. “There are very few islands in that sea. So let’s give this another shot before you die, alright?” I glared. There were few things I would ever tell anyone and this was not one of them. I wasn’t about to give away our island and kill all of us.

“I’m not telling you a d@mn thing!” I shouted at him. He cocked his head a bit at the reply and then nodded. “You’ll never get it out of me!”

“I know…” He said slowly observing me. Then with sudden speed he had a knife and it was coming down towards my heart. I’ll tell you, you never feel more alive until you’re almost dead. I had a jolt of adrenaline right there and was able to dodge him. I looked to my taser, but saw it was broken and it would do me no good to waste my time trying to get to it. So instead, I waited for him to try and strike again and this time I kicked him right in the nuts. Not to brag or anything, but I can kick hard. And this kick had all my energy behind it.

I would’ve laughed at how funny his face looked then, twisted in pain, but I wasn’t thinking funny right then. I was thinking ‘Get the H3ll out of here!’. And that’s what I did. I ran. The ELVES were upon me as soon as I exited the offices. Yes, they had been waiting. Eli had probably told them to just in case. So, instead of trying to battle my way out, I did the first thing that came to mind, hide! I baseball slid into the room nearest to me and shut the door tight before jumping up and quickly rewired the system for a new password. It was the same kind of system they used at the agent school, I noted.

Now was when I turned completely chicken and just hid like a baby. I felt like crying. What a wimp I can be sometimes. But after a moment of catching my breath, I knew I had to do something. There were no windows to jump out of. Besides this was the 30th floor. I would’ve died either way. But there was hope yet… I’d landed myself in the control’s room. The room that controlled the whole building and a lot of the dimension 463 as well.

Without getting too into detail or too boring, I basically rewired that system to blow up the whole building. I knew I was going to die, but I was going to be taking HIM with me if I died. He’d been the cause of all my misery for years, and I wasn’t about to leave without accomplishing my one goal.

When the door opened, I prayed to some unknown God I guess and hit the button. Now, don’t ask me how this was possible, because I sure as H3ll don’t know. But I tried Peter’s (Leslie’s) advice about believing I was in control and was able to believe there was a force field around me. It was the strangest and most amazing thing…

The blast killed everyone in that building except me. I didn’t exactly check to make sure they were all dead, but it looked pretty dead to me. So I turned and sprinted back to the boat knowing ELVES were going to be flooding in at the site of Eli’s head quarters exploding. And that was the end of Eli. One ELF down, four more to go for right now.
